FRANCOPHONIE IN OSLO, ABOUT THE MONOGRAPH: "СТО ГОДИНА СРБИСТИКЕ У ФРАНЦУСКОЈ, CENT ANS DE SERBISTIQUE EN FRANCE"
At the personal invitation of Romanian Ambassador Cristian Bădescu, Chair of the Francophonie Month in Oslo, Serbia made a notable appearance across several segments of this year’s numerous programs.

In the context of the message on Francophonie conveyed through the joint video clip of ambassadors accredited in Oslo, Ambassador Jasmina Mitrović-Marić presented the bilingual monograph "One Hundred Years of Serbian Studies in France, Cent ans de serbistique en France", whose publication was made possible by the Ministry of Culture, the Office for Public and Cultural Diplomacy, and SSDS.

The Ambassador highlighted the importance of a tradition that has been growing for a full century in preserving and fostering the exchange of Serbian language and literature in Francophone countries, as well as French language and literature in Serbia.

“This is a shining example that confirms what I said about the importance of Francophonie for other languages in our joint video clip.”
