Inheritance matters

Once the inheritance procedure is led before the Couurt in the Republic of Serbia, the inheritor that lives abroad can contact the diplomatic-consular representation in order to give an inheritance statement or certify a special authorization for giving an inheritance statement.

Statement on rejecting inheritance the inheritor can give before the Court in charge of the inheritance procedure or before any other Court in the Republic of Serbia. This statement can also be given before a diplomatic-consular representative.
